This £14 million development, centred around a country house within a 300 acre estate, involved sensitive refurbishment and an extensive programme of new buildings, including an atrium reception, spa cafe, function rooms, retail mall, spa and therapy suites, 25 metre indoor pool, exercise studios, guest rooms and suites.
